I am directed by Secretary Sir John Simon to transmit
to you herewith, for the information of the Secretary
of State for the Colonies, a copy of a letter from the
China Association on the subject of an Ordinance which the
Hongkong Goverment propose to introduce, to be cited as
the Foreshore and Sea Bed Amendment Ordinance 1932.
2. Sir John Simon would be grateful if Sir P. Cunliffe-
Lister would be so good as to supply him with a copy of the Draft Bill in question, if it is available.
